If you are trying to find a high-quality limo for you to rent for your event, you may have decided on a type you want, but you may also have some questions about them. This is quite common and many of our customers call in to our office with their queries. Below, the team at Atlantic City Prom Limo has taken the time to answer some of those most common questions that are received. At what time does my rental start and end?
Your limo rental time will start when our driver arrives at your desired location and the time will end when you and your guests have been dropped off at the desired location.
When should I make my reservation?
We recommend that you place your reservation for a limo as early as you know you will need the limo. Our limos are reserved on a daily basis, so for your first choice, you should call us up to two weeks or more in advance.
If you do need to make a late reservation, we can accept it, but we do want you to know that you may not have the largest selection of limousines.
Can you provide us with alcohol?
No. We do NOT provide you or your party with any type of alcohol, but you can bring your own alcohol into the limo. If you choose to do so, all passengers must be 21 years of age or older.
We do provide an array of accessories for you to use in our bars and we include ice buckets, glasses, and flutes for your celebration.
Is smoking allowed in our Atlantic City limo?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our limos. If you or someone else in your party does smoke in the limo, you will be charged a cleaning fee to remove stains and the smell of smoke. You will be responsible for these charges.
Is food permitted in the limos?
No. Food is not permitted in the limos due to the fact that it can be messy, stain the interior, and it can leave a smell that lingers. This is done as a courtesy to all of our customers.
While food cannot be consumed in the limo, we do welcome you to stop and eat at any restaurant you choose. If you would like your limo driver to stop somewhere for you, please let him or her know.
Can I extend the time that I need my Atlantic City limo for?
Yes. We allow you to extend the time that you need your limo for. When you rent a limo from us, you will be asked how long you would like to rent it for. For example, if you say three hours, but the three-hour mark approaches and you need it longer, you can call our office and extend the time easily.
